Råsunda is an area, located northwards from the central Stockholm. Municipality-wise, it´s a part of Solna (I have shown bits of Solna
here,
here,
here,
here and
here), which is claimed to be the most favourable place to live in Sweden at the moment. That would be mainly because the residents of municipality pay lower taxes, the residential blocks are relatively new, with good access to schools, parks, leisure facilities et cetera. Aside from the residential blocks with flats, there are also older, epic family houses here. As you can gather from the pictures, the area is still being constructed, wich will result in an interesting urban mixture.

Råsunda je oblasť ležiaca severne od centra Štokholmu. Patrí pod adminisratívnu správu Solny (ktorej kúsky som ukázala
tu,

tu a
tu), ktorá je v súčastnosti v rámci Švédska poznačovaná za najpohodlnejšie miesto na život. Je tomu tak najmä kvôli relatívne nízkym dania, ktoré tunajší obyvatelia odvádzajú a vynikajúcou sociálnou infraštruktúrou. Rezidenčné bloky s bytmi sú spravidla z deväťdesiatych rokov, ale je tu aj množstvo malých rodinných domčekov. Ako vidíte na fotkách, oblasť je stále v procese konštrukcie, čoho výsledkom bude zaujímavý urbanistický mix, pravdepodobne ideálny pre rodinný život.
